THE ADVANTAGE OF THE "RELEASER" OVER THE "BUCKET SYSTEM." A six-cow single "Bucket" plant requiring a 3 B.H.iP. oil engine to drive and four men to operate will milk from forty-five to fifty-five cows per hour. A four-cow "Releaser" plant requiring a 2 l / 2 B.H.P. oil engine and two men to operate will milk from forty-five to sixty cows per hour. It will readily be seen that there is a great difference in favor of the latter system chiefly in the reduced labor, cost of running, washing, and' upkeep, size of cowshed, etc., with the additional advantage of cooling the milk without any extra expense. Those who already have machines in use can still have the "Releaser" installed separately, as it can he readily attached to any of the machines at present on the market.
