SIRE. GORST'S POLICY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, June 24. The Manchester Guardian protests against the rumor that Sir A. Hardinge, Minister to Belgium, is to TepJace Sir E. Gorst in Egypt, and adds: "This is a sign that Sir E. Gorst's policy has been abandoned, which will prove a victory for the intrigue of which Mr. Roosevelt was an instrument."
