The Dairy Managers' Conference rejected the proposal for the compulsory grading of butter for export, and decided that the proposal to reduce the moisture standard was against the interests of producers.
MOUNT LYEILL RETURNS. Melbourne, June 24.
Mt. Lyell returns from May 10 'to June 15, inclusive, are as follow: 30,099 tons of ore treated in the converters produced 670 tons "blister copper, containing copper 663 tons, silver 51,460 ounces, gold 860 ounces.
