THE POWERS' DEMONSTRATION,
OTTOMAN RIGHTS. Received June 24, 9.35 p.m. Constantinople, June 24. The anti-Greek boycott here is rapidly spreading. The Powers are discussing the despatch •of a further note reaffirming the Sul- ( tan's rights in Crete.
