Peck cut lib throat, gashed his wrist, and took'.poison, then visited, a neighbor's house and gave information of the tragedy. ■ r "■■-■ ' Peck is suffering from a delusion that he was going to be kidnapped. Mrs. Peck told a neighbor that everybody was, against her and. that her. husband was trying to poison them. They had: decided to die together. Peck first stated that they cut their own throats and afterwards that he cut his wife's. They leave five children.
