TN exercise of the powers conferred on it by "The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908," the Council of the county of Taranaki hereby resolves and declares by way of Special Order that the plants mentioned in the schedule hereunder are Noxious Weeds within the County of Taranaki and on all roads under its jurisdiction:— SCHEDULE: Gorse (Ulex europoeus). Ox-eye Daisy (Chrysanthemum leucanthemum). Ragwort or Ragweed (Senecio jacoboea). The above Special Order was passed at a Special Meeting of the Council on the 6tit of June, 1910, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council on MONDAY, the 4th day of July, 1910. Public Notice is further given that the above amendment of and additional tolls has been fixed by the Taranaki County Council as payable at any Toll Gate erected or to be erected within the County of Taranaki, and that such amendment and additional tolls shall be first payable on the 25th day of June, 1910, and continue in force until the same shall foe revoked or altered.
