SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast:—The barometer has fallen everywhere, and northerly and westerly winds have .prevailed, with cool and changeable weather, showery on the vest coast and southern districts. The present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds, with unsettled and cloudy weather at times, and rain probable in al! iparts of the •country. The baromqter will probably fall.slowly everywhere.
