SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, I&st Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary and forecast:—The barometer has fallen everywhere, and unsettled showery weather has been experienced generally. Strong westerly ■wiada have .prevailed, and squally at times. The present indications are for a southerly gale extending, after a few hours, over most parts of the country, •with cold, wet and stormy weather. Heavy seas on - the west coast, and in= creasing on the east coast southward of Blast Cape, probably after from ten to sixteen hours, and high Urometer pressure probably following,
