THE WEATHER.
SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary arid forecast:—Strong westerly and southerly winds have prevailed, with cold and unsettled weather generally. The barometer fell in the south on Saturday, and rose again on Sunday. The present indications are for strong westerly winds, changing to southerly, with cloudy and unsettled conditions generally. Cold and: showery weather in many parts of the country. The barometer will probably fall for a short time, and rise again everywhere soon.
