EMBEZZLER SUICIDES TO AVERT ARREST. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received June 12, 5.5 p.m. New York, June 11. A fugitive from Brussels who was wanted for the embezzlement of 300,000 francs from a bank committed suicide with a revolver when he was on the point of being arrested on a staircase in a New York hotel.
