SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary and forecast:—The barometer fell everywhere to-day, and the/weather has been gloomy in most parts of the country. The winds have changed to easterly in the North Island and to northerly "in the south. These winds will probably increase in force, and rain will follow in most parts of the country. The barometer will probably fall everywhere. A storm area is due from the westward, and conditions are now also threatening in the north.
