FURTHER CHARGES AGAINST PATCHENKO. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, St. Petersburg, June 6. During a recent epidemic, Dr. Patchenko injected cholera bacilli, pretending he was using a preventive. Lvassy was a distant connection of Roniker, who is a popular member of Warsaw society, and author of several successful plays and novels. A St. Petersburg merchant has also been arrested on a charge of employing Patehenko to poison n number of creditors.
