BRITAIN AND U.S.A. MR. ROOSEVELT'S DIPLOMACY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyrightj Received June (i, 10.10 p.m. London, June 6. Mr. Theodore Roosevelt lunched at Marlborough House, and was entertained at supper at Stationer's Hall by JJrnish journalists. Mr. Roosevelt, in responding to the toast, rejoiced that the relations between Britain and America now were so much better than formerly. They had improved in proportion as the United States had grown stronger. The reason was that as a nation became more powerful it became less touchy an-i more disposed to respect the rights and feelings of others.
