The Hon. R. MacKenzie, Minister of Mines, has written to Mr. H. Okey, M.P.: '"ln continuation of my telegram of the 14th May, and in reply to your enquiry a,s to the completion of the geographical survey of the Xew Plymouth subdivision. I have the honor to inform you that the matter has not been overlooked, and the survey referred to will be completed a~ soon as the services of an officer of the <ie<il(»j.'ifal Survey Branch are available to undertake the work."
