PUBLISHING PRIVATE TELEPHONE LISTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received June 6, 11.30 p.m. Melbourne, Last Night. The Commonwealth Postmaster-Gen-eral sought to obtain an injunction to restrain a firm from publishing private telepnone lists. The High Court dismissed the application, holding that private publishing was not an infringement of the law.
