The Bank Nois Company is suing eleven hundred n.embers of the New York Stock Exchange, claiming five million dollars, on the ground that the rules of the Exchange require that certificates of all companies shall be printed by the American Bank Note Company. This is calculated to ruin the plaintiffs, who are business rivals.
