STORY OF A BOMB.

A Times message via Monte Video, which escaped censorship, states that at Buenos Ayres «n anarchist on 25th May gave a hoy a bomb to carry into the Cathedral, promising to meet liim there. Theiboy's companion'playfully wrestled for possession of the bomb, which was supposed to he a meat tin. The bomb exploded, one boy 'being blown to atoms. The other lost both arms. It is believed that the bomb was intended to be thrown during the Te Deum service in connection with the centenary celebrations. A censorship was established owing to a feeling against the Argentine in Brazil, the flags being torn down at the Consulates of both countries. The Argentine celebrations, with the Infanta Isabella as the principal figure, are drawing to a completion.
