HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
A meeting of the committee of the Taranaki Horticultural Society was held last night. Mr. G. Tiscli (Mayor) presided. There were also present: Mesdames Dockrill and McKellar, Miss B. Smith and Messrs. McGahey. Sanrtford,. Grifl'iths, Goodacre, Gibson and W. H. Smith. A balance sheet and partial report were submitted and approved. J The annual meeting will be held at 7 3D n.m nn June hi in the Town Hall.
