Denominational scnools' to be retained in urban areas, with teachers in harmony with the distinctive character of the schools, but wrth full rights for children to receive other religious instruction if the parents desire. If the parents of 150 children are willing to ibuild and maintain school buildings, the local authority will be obliged to recognise the new denominational schools.
