CONFERENCE IN LONDON. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received May 27, 9.45 p.m. London, May 27. The Congress of Tropical Agriculture was a great success. Special interest was shown in the discussion of numerous important papers, including British and Colonial ones, especially that by Professor Guthrie, of Sydney, Agricultural Expert, on scientific wheat growing. Professor Dunston, principal of the Southeastern Agricultural Colcge of Kent, was elected president of the nternational Association of Tropical Agriculture by acclamation.
