SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. ' The Rev D. C. Bates' summary and forecast is as follows-.-The barometer ihas fallen everywhere, and moderate to strong westerly winds have prevailed, with "cloudy weather and showers in warts. Present indications are for_ a felling barometer everywhere, increasing cloudiness preceding rain in most parts of the country. Freshening wesierly and northerly winds will probably prevail, and the weather continue unsettled for two or three days.
