'Heike, treasurer, charged with conspiracy to defraud the Customs, that signals were used to warn weighers of the Government inspectors' approach, the correct weights being then taken for a time, Spitder's testimony did not involve Heike directly, but bore heavily against Gerbracht, the superintendent of the Williarnburg refirery, who is also on trial.
