Vienna, May 22. * The Austrian Minister of Finance, speaking in the Reichsrath, reiterated that the Government has no knowledge of the building of Dreadnoughts. The outlay only concerned the delegations of 1911. Correspondents in Vienna explain that the suggestion is that builders are "working as a speculation, hut the excuse is valueless, as the Government furnished the plant.
