To enable the Lessee of any part of the said land to erect thereon any dwelling-house or business premises. To provide for the appropriation of not less than £2OO per annum out of the revenue derived from the leasing of the said land in aid of any Public Park, Reserve, or place of Public Resort in the Borough of New Plymouth or elsewhere in the Provincial District of Taranaki. To release the said land from the provisions of "The New Plymouth Recreation and Racecourse Reserve Act, 1887." A copy of the Bill, together with a plan and survey of the land referred to, has been deposited in the Magistrate's Court at New Plymouth, and is open to public inspebtien. . .
