REMARKABLE CHANGE OF FEELING.

It is reported from India that there is a remarkable modification of opinion among Bengalis regarding the partition of the province, which at first evoked violent opposition. Moreover, those Anglo-Indian jntewsipapers ihitheTt)b opposed to the partition now admit that the new province has derived great benefit therefrom.
The Times considers the agitation has collased.
