SUPREME COURT.
DAMAGES FOR LIBEL. By Telegraph—Press Association, i.Dunedin, Last Night. The Supreme Court action in which Joseph Waddell, school teacher, claimed £(500 damages from Andrew Harvie for alleged malicious statements was concluded to-day. The jury returned a verdict, for plaintiff for £125, with costs.
