GENERAL BADEN - POWELL'S ' INTENTIONS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received May 19, 11.45 p.m. London, May 19. Major-General R. S. S. Baden-Powell states that he intends to decentralise his Boy Scouts' organisation as much as possible. Half-a-dozen counties remain to be thoroughly organised. He goes to Canada in July, and later to South Africa. He intends to establish employment ; exchanges in London and other centres.
