George Will, claim £43 5s 7d and £3 4s costs; Winifred S. Sisley (Mr. Govett) v. Henry Robinson, claim £3 19s 6d and 14s costs; Dr. McCleland (Mr. F. E. Wilson) v. Stephen J. Barry, claim £2 Ijßs 6d and 5s costs; Dr. McCleland v. Arthur James, claim £5 15s 6d and 5a costs; B. H. Somervail v. Chas. Henry Stone, claim £5 and £1 0s Gd costs; Newton King (Mr. Wright) v. James Stewart, claim £l3 3s 4d and £1 dOs 6d costs; Webster Bros. (Mr. Standish) v. George Brown, claim £5 14s 5d and £ 13s Gd costs; Webster Bros. (Mr. Standish) v. Wm. Oartwright, claim £1 15s 2d and 10s costs. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. In ulie case Thomson (Mr. A. H. Johnstone) v. Reginald N. Heppell there was no -appearance of judgment debtor. An order was made for payment of £8 10s within fourteen days, in default seven clays' imprisonment. Laurence Andrews (Mr. Nicholson) v. Reginald N. Heppel, order made for •payment of £6 LSs Gd in fourteen days; in default seven days' imprisonment. Hallenstein Bros. (Mr. Wright) v. Philip Eva (Eltham), order made for .payment of £3 15s 2d in fourteen days, or seven days' imprisonment. L. Marks (Mr. Wright) v: Phillip Eva, order made as in previous case for payment of £3 14s 2d. In the judgment summons, Dr. McCleland (Mr. F. E. Wilson) v. John Buse, the debtor stated his willingness to pay 10s a month in reduction of the debt. The offer was accepted, ana an order made for payment of the amount (£3 13), the warrant to foe suspended so long as the debtor pays 10s a month. Mrs. L. Bruce (Mr. Wright) v. George Arthur Lambert, order made for payment of 17s lOtl within ten days, in -default three days' imprisonment.
