HEAVY TRAFFIC ON ROADS. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that all Heavy Traffic on Roads under the jurisdiction of this Council must cease during the months of May, uune, July, August, and September, in accordance .wdth the Council's By-laws. "Heavy Traffic" means the transportation of any vehicle, engine, or machine which sllrall itself or together with any thing or things being transported thereon weigh more than one and a-half tons avoirdupois to each pair of wheels.
