WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Saturday. William Patrice. McDermott 'was found guilty on ia. series of charges of forgery, and was sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day to three years' imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to he concurrent.

poration of the Royal Exchange Assurance Company for £SOO on tire policy of insurance on the s.s. Duco was continued in the Supreme Court yesterday. The case was not finished.
