INGLEWOOD NOTES.
(From Out Eesident Correspondent.) At the Magistrate's Court on MondayMr. Kenrick. S.M., presiding, judgment for plaintiff in default of defendant was given in the following cases:—ireorge Gudgeon v. W. Kinselln, £8 I2s (costs Bs, solicitor's fee 15s fld); A. Leech v. F. Lambert, £4 15s (costs 19s): T W. Rolston V. S. Alvis, £3 (12s); T. W. Rolston v. J. T. Foir. £2 (8s); F. D. Rogers v F. Hanright, £5 4s (costs Bs, solicitor 15s (id). The following judgment summonses were dealt with:— G. A. Stanton v. H. Zimmerman, £ 1 9s. An order was made for the payment of the amount forthwith, in default seven days' imprisonment at New Plymouth. The warrant was suspended so long as the debtor pays 10s per month. A. A. Drake v Geo. Taylor, £l7 16s 6d. An order was refused on the ground that debtor's | earnings have not been sufficient shcel the date of judgment.
