MAI'ORAL KN'STALLaTIOK. By Telegraph Resident Correspondent. Stratford, Last Night. At a meeting of the Borough Council this evening Councillor Masters was installed as Mayor. The ex-Mayor (Mr. Sangster) briefly returned thanks to the Council for the kindness they had shown him during his term, and expressed the 'belief that his successor would have the Council's confidence and that his occupancy of the office would be markel with pleasantness.
