VANCOUVER MAIL CONTRACT. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Melbourne, May 9. The Postmaster-General visits Sydney to inquire into the question of improving the Vancouver service. The Minister states the system of renewing the contract for twelve months is unsatisfactory to the company and the public.
