SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary and forecast: ihe Barometric pressure has decreased both in the extreme north and south, and the weathe has been unsettled in those parts, and on the west coast of the South Island. Fair but changeable weather has Ibeen experienced elsewhere, and northerly winds have prevailed. The present indications are somewhat threatening in both the north and south, as two disturbances are in evidence in the rear of the anti-cyclone now apparently moving eastward.' Easterly winds, strong to a gale, are probable northward of East Cape and Kawhia, and northerly elsewhere. Rain is probable in the far north and south, and unsettled weather generally.
