INDUCE AN INCREASE OF IMMORALITY. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. London, April 29. The Lower House of Convocation at Canterburv resolved to favor the repealing of the Divorce Act of 1857. The committee reported that increased facilities for divorce ended in an increase of immorality, that the present law favored the rich at the expense of the poor, and that the true remedy was to abolish divorce altogether.
