LONDON REFUSES 16,800 CARCASES. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. Received April 28, 11.25 p.m. London. April 28. Sixteen thousand eight hundred carcases of Chinese nicrs were refused admission to the United Kingdom during March, the Food Regulation Act not having been complied with, inasmuch as the backbones were removed.
