THE NAPIER DROWNING CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Wednesday. An inquest on Henvv Holland, the' lad who was washed off the breakwater and drowned, was opened to-day and adjourned for a fortnight to permit of evidence being tendered as to the efficiency of the life-saving appliances on the breakwater and whether due precautions were taken to prevent people going on the wharf during the height of a storm.
