The Karamca Shipping Co.'s small steamer Mangapapa arrived at the breakwater yesterdav morning for shelter. It is iprobable that she had been trying to make Foxton, but was unable to get over the bar. THE OTAKI. The Otaki completed loading at Waitara on Sunday. The cargo taken away iwas —3204 quarters beef, 312 bales wool, 293 casks tallow, 150 casks oleo, 52 sacks hides and 59 packages sundries. OVERSEAS VESSELS. FOR NEW PLYMOUTH, - Viganella, left Liverpool March 12, due about middle of May. Paritutu (dredge) sailed from Clyde on March 24.
