BRITAIN'S WITHDRAWING
STRONGLY CRITICISED.

Britain's withdrawing to the Somali coast is strongly criticised, especially as Colonel Sir William Manning, wiio took part in the Somaliland campaign, admits the probability of severe internecine feuds, and emphasises the friendlies' disorganised weakness, through listlessly relying oa British protection.
