TYPHOID CASES IX WELLIXOTuX. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, List Xijrlit. liifovination received liy the District Health Officer this morning from tile Wellington ospital is to the effect that seven of the eight typhoid patients accommodated there have stated that tliey consumed oysters recently. The -proportion of eases associated with the eating of oysters by comparison with the number of persons iji the habit of swallowing raw oysters tends to confirm the Health Department's suspicion that oysters have been at fault.
