SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 22. Following is the Rev. D. O. Bates' ■weather summary and forecast:—l'he high pressure area which has accounted for the fine weather in most pans of the Dominion during the past few days is now passing eastward and giving way ito low; pressure areas in its rear, one probably operating in the nortih and another in the south. Northerly winds, strong to a gale, and rain are now probable generally, with a falling barometer everywhere.
