A local .shareholder was offered 12a ltd for a parcel of Tarnuaki Petroleum Company's shares yesterday from an outside source, and declined to sell.
Yesterday's Dominion says: The. feature in investment share transactions yesterday was the strong upward movement displayed by Taranaki Petroleum shares, which 'changed hands at 9s Cd and lis. This concern is under offer to an English syndicate, and it is obvious that some speculators think that the sale will eventuate.
