NEW PLYMOUTH. Mr. G. Tisch, being the only candidate nominated for the .Mayoralty of New Plymouth for the ensuing year, is declared duly elected. STRATFORD. At Stratford Messrs. Nat. J. King and Masters were nominated, Dr. Paget's nomination being by some means overlooked.
