ABOLISHING THE ARISTOCRATIC TOUT. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. London, April 10. The manufacturers deny that it is their intention to raise the price of motor cars. They declare that tllie new association 'has been formed merely to abolish the aristocratic tout, who blackmails the trade for commissions. It is calculated that £BOO,OOO, upon a turnover of £11,000,000, is .spent annually in illicit commissions. It is also intended to stop 'price-cut-ting and unfair competition.
