Sir G. H. Reid, speaking at the Municipal Corporation's dinner, said that all looked forward to the time when there would be not only British armies and fleets but Imperial armies and Imperial fleets. The school-children should be (riven compulsory education in the rudiments of military formation and evolutions. .
