Subject: "THE .MERITS OF GOLDEN GIFT TEA" In eight advertisements we shall try and show why GOLDEN GIFT TEA takes first rank among the teas sold to the public to-day, and tell oi its cultivation and manufacture. 1. Competition to be open to all Boys and Girls under the age of fifteen years. 2. Essay not to exceed four hundred words. 3. The eight advertisements, which will be numbered, are to be cut out of the newspaper and kept. The essayist is to choose the chief points in each advertisement showing the merits of Golden Gift Tea. 4. The decision of the Judge to 'be final. 5. Four Cash Prizes will be given— First, Ten Shillings; second, Five Shillings; third, Three Shillings; fourth, Two Shillings. 6. The Essay, accompanied by a Wrapper from a Pound Packet of Golden Gift Tea, to be sent in, on a date to be notified, to C. CARTER DEVON ST, ... NEW PLYMOUTH.
