SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary and forecast: —The barometer rose everywhere during the aiight, and though cloudy skies were reported to-day in many parts, fine ■weather prevailed everywhere. The present indications are for a cold night and a loggy morning in some parts, preceding a day of fair weather. Easterly breezes and a slowly falling barometer are probable in the northern districts, and moderate westerly winds in the southernmost districts, but light and variable winds will probably prevail ■elsewhere.
