Received April 18, 11.30 p.m. Vienna, April 18. Ex-President Roosevelt lunched with the Austrian Emperor, and thence proceeded to Hungary. He was given an extraordinary reception at Pressburg, where he -was the guest of Count Albert Ajpponyi.
