LYING ON A SANDY BOTTOM. By Gable—P»ess Association— Laimoeston, April 18. Tile Wakatipu. which grounded opposite the Kelso jetty, near the entrance to the river Tamar, lies on a sandy bottom. An attempt will be made to tow the vessel oil' to-day.
