THE MARSEILLES STRIKE.
DOCKERS AND CARTERS JOIN. MARTIAL LAW. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris. April 13. Dockers and six thousand carters at Marseilles have decided on a twentyfour hours' strike in sympathy with the remaining reservists. Several riots have occurred in the streets during the night, and revol r-e.'s were fired. The strikers now number twenty thousand. A large nnjnber of cuirassiers were sent to Marseilles, and the garrison of Lyons is under Arms.
